Community Connect: HUHRE Commercial and Retail Tenant Service Delivery Improvement
Project Mission:
To build a web-based, searchable, map-centered experience with rich business profiles and standardized data about Harvard commercial and retail tenants in Cambridge and Allston. The ultimate result is a practical, scalable directory tool that enhances administrative efficiency, supports local businesses, and strengthens Harvard’s relationship with community members and surrounding neighborhoods that also streamlines how staff track tenants, respond to inquiries, coordinate communications, and plan for future development in the area.
