Hands on Pedagogy Incubator

Project Mission:

The Hands-On Pedagogy Incubator (HOPI) will pilot a cross-school, incubator-style model that gives faculty protected time, shared space, and expert support to prototype, test, and document hands-on, AI-aware teaching approaches before they reach the classroom. 

By turning individual pedagogical experiments into reusable templates, workflows, and assets, HOPI reduces risk and duplication, strengthens teaching quality, and creates a scalable framework Harvard schools and TLCs can adopt to advance rigorous, experiential learning in an AI era.
