Multi-year development for Harvard IT professionals
•  6 competency tracks with 4 levels of learning in each track
•  Achievement tracked via badges that are awarded at every level

Project Leader/Team:

•  HUIT Program Manager with support from HUIT HR team

•  Governed by CIO Council and IT Academy Steering Committee

Collaborative Elements:

•  Delivered to entire IT community by members of the IT community;

•  Funded by Central Administration and several schools through existing resources

Outcome:

•  614 participants to date; all classes fully enrolled and over-subscribed

•  93% of participants rate quality as Good to Very Good

•  Cost per student for all level 1 courses in all competency tracks:  $1,617

Future Plan:

Build out content and criteria for levels 2-4 for 6 competencies and 1-4 for the Specialized Disciplines with engagement across all schools
